The voice actors could use some work. And I think it drags on a bit too long for your kind of animating.

You know like, you have this silly kind of drawings with like very expressive things. So if you have plot like yours with all sorts of twists and weird stuff going on, you should try making things go faster.

Maybe add some background music. I DUNNO LOL

Maybe practice on ur backgrounds a bit. The rest is okay.
Good pacing, nice choice in music, nice rythm. Your colours could use some work as well, but thats fine.
